Effective immediately, new ARC forms for home improvements & painting (available below or from Maximum Property Management, 303-369-0800) must be used. If downloading your own remember to print and submit 3 (three) copies.

Additionally, the new forms provide an “OFFICIAL USE ONLY” section for tracking purposes. Please note: To insure accurate accountability for approval, each homeowner should allow 30 days from the date of the request to obtain a reply from the ARC , keeping in mind that the ARC only meets one time monthly during the winter months.

ARC Meeting

• October through April - meeting is held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the clubhouse, 7:00 pm.
• May through September - meeting held the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month at the clubhouse, 7:00 pm.
