  • The ARC meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the Clubhouse.
  • Committee and Board members are your neighbors and volunteer their time to help The Pond community.
• Lake Committee

  • Keeps the ditch clean.
  • Opens and closes the headgate per instructions from the Farmers High Line Canal.
  • Attends the annual FHL meeting in March.
  • Worry a lot about snowpack, rain, street pollution, etc.
• Pool

  • Worry about the pool use, maintenance, security, staffing, etc.
• Clubhouse

• Financial Planning
