From The Board

In addition to the clubhouse renovations previously mentioned, the pool restrooms will receive a modest update. These changes will facilitate cleanliness and reduce potential abuse of the facilities.

Update to Pond Architectural Guidelines

Please note that effective July 01, 2010, the Pond Architectural Guidelines concerning garage sales have been updated as follows:

"Garage sales are permitted. They may not include items purchased for resale. The sale may not last longer than three days. Only two garage sales are allowed per individual homeowner in a calendar year. Borderline commercial sales aka a flea market are not permitted.

"Items for the garage sale must be brought outside on the morning of the first day of the sale and returned inside the garage or behind a fence with no view from the street at the close of the day. Sale hours can only be from sunrise to sunset. Items are not to be left outside day and night for the duration of the sale."

Pool Volunteers

Thanks to all the families who have already signed up for pool duty. We still have a few slots in need of volunteers. Especially if you use the pool, please consider taking your turn to close the pool.

Volunteers:
- make sure everyone is out of the pool area at 9 p.m.
- straighten up the chairs
- pick up garbage
- place forgotten items under the stairwell
- secure and put away the umbrellas and
- lock the bathroom door.

Weekday slots: Monday - Thursday
Weekend slots: Friday - Sunday

If you are willing and able to take a 3 or 4 day shift, please contact the pool volunteer coordinator for available dates by email (Robin Myers) or phone (303.456.5661).

Thank you for your continued support to make this neighborhood a great one.

The Family Co-op is a group of families that come together every other month during the school year to visit and plan activities for our children. The activities take place during the opposite months of the meetings.

We are currently on break from meetings for the summer. Our next event will be the "End of Summer" party in August. Look for more details in the July Ponderings.

New members are always welcome. Please contact Heather Baldwin if you are interested.
