From The Board
Please Note – There will not be a December 2009 Board meeting. Accordingly, there will not be a December issue of the Ponderings. Architectural Review Committee Report RonLombardi, Chair ARC Request Forms are available on our website or from Maximum Property Management. For immediate notification of approval, please submit a self addressed stamped envelope with your request. Meeting Date: 11/10/09 Attendees: Roger Knapp, Don Steffen, Scott Stephens and Ron Lombardi Approvals: 8735 Garrison Court - Replace Roof 8700 Garrison Court - Landscape Pending Plans There were no disapprovals: Contact Lee Courkamp at Maximum Property Management for information on any of the above items or if you wish to join the ARC. The Architectural Review Committee meets every second Tuesday of the month throughout the winter months and twice monthly (2nd & 4th Tuesdays) May-September at 7 pm, in the Clubhouse. The next meeting is scheduled for December 8, 2009. The Pond Family Co-op The Family Co-op is a group of families that come together every other month during the school year to visit and plan activities for our children. The activities take place during the opposite months of the meetings. Our Christmas party will be on Wednesday, December 9th. At our next meeting on Thursday, January 7th, we will be planning our Progressive Dinner party. This is the one event for the year that is parents only. Please come and join us! |

Tuesday, December 8 - 7 pm Wednesday, December 9 Thursday, January 7 Events are at The Pond Clubhouse unless otherwise noted. The Pond Board of Directors meets on the third Thursday of every month. These meetings are open to all homeowners and include an open forum for homeowner comments and questions. This section provides an open forum for homeowners to share their views and suggestions. In order to be fair, the following standards apply: Letters must be 200 words or less; Letters must include the author’s name, street address and phone number; Letters will not be censored, but neither will they be published if they contain slanderous statements, obscenities and the like; No more than one contribution per homeowner per quarter will be published.
