Notices & Reminders
From The Board

Please Note – There will not be a December 2009 Board meeting. Accordingly, there will not be a December issue of the Ponderings.

Improvements have begun at the clubhouse/pool. New sidewalks, curbs and ramps were poured around the clubhouse and steps up to the pool were replaced along with ramp access from the parking area.

The Board is in the process of examining and clarifying a number of bids for improvements to the clubhouse itself. The primary objectives are to upgrade the exterior of the building and replace all the windows with more energy efficient products.

At the suggestion of our property managers we have implemented another cost saving action. The Board packets printed each month and delivered to Board members will now be provided electronically.

'Tis the season...to plan ahead for the possibility of road clogging storms that prevent trips for supplies.

Our Christmas party will be on Wednesday, December 9th. At our next meeting on Thursday, January 7th, we will be planning our Progressive Dinner party. This is the one event for the year that is parents only. Please come and join us!
