About The Pond

THE POND COMMUNITY

The Pond community is a mature, residential community tucked into the northwest corner of Arvada, Colorado. Typical of similar enclaves, it offers generous greenbelts, tennis courts, clubhouse and swimming pool. Its most unique feature is its own 35-acre lake. The lake provides Pond residents with fishing and boating as well as preserving a notable wetlands surrounding much of the perimeter.

The 345 homes range from large single-family detached houses to cluster-style patio homes. Within walking distance are the Standley Lake Recreational Area, Jefferson County Standley Lake library and the Little Dry Creek trail system. Pond homeowners have the services and benefits offered by the City of Arvada and the Jefferson County school system.

An active homeowners' Association with a Board of Directors and hands-on committees govern the resources and operation of the Pond. A professional management company oversees the daily operation and maintenance of the Pond.
